I presume that the product name is some sort of reference to Hawaii Five 0 (or I could be just showing my age I guess), anyway this is a nice simple idea to bolt down your ladders so some B@@stard won't borrow them. In fact it looks so simple you could probably make it up with a bit of brooker rod and some unistrut.
