Lucky we don't need wovel's in Oz
So have you worked out what it is yet?
I thought that it was an ancient had operated digger of some sort, but that's not it.
To let the cat out of the bag it's a wheeled snow shovel! Apparently you can move snow off the path and drive way at three times the speed of a standard shovel.
